Hiroki, Gray and Youngblood dominate 2007 FAI Championships
The 2007 F3C World FAI Championships for radio controlled helicopters just wrapped up in Wloclawek, Poland. JR Radios with Spektrum 2.4GHz technology won every position on the podium—1st Hiroki Itou, Japan; 2nd Scott Gray, Canada; 3rd Curtis Youngblood, USA. This is a remarkable achievement for the new Spektrum DSM2 2.4GHz technology incorporated in each of the new JR radios used by these competitors. A clean sweep of this nature is a major testimony to the importance of the DSM2 technology to competitors at every level.
Helicopter competitors depend on their radios probably more than any other aspect of the RC hobby. The synchronization of DSM2 servo inputs results in the most connected feeling a pilot can have.
